1. Messenger on mobile
1) Open the app and tap Messenger.
You’ll see your conversation list with filters and search.
Send texts, attach photos, and use templates.
2. Protect your personal number
1) Always text through the app.
You’ll see messages sent on behalf of your business number.
Customers never see your personal cell; if an employee leaves, customers haven’t been texting their personal phone.
3. Customer details and orders
1) Tap Customer Details from a thread.
You’ll see customer info and order history.
You can work cases without returning to a desk.
4. Inventory in your pocket
1) Tap Inventory from the menu.
You’ll see whole goods and parts with search and filters.
Confirm stock while standing on the lot.
