Cancel Broadcasts
Now you can stop a broadcast before it goes out! If you change your mind or need to fix something, just hit the Cancel button. You can even do this if the broadcast is queued, or already in the process of sending! If you cancel a broadcast in the middle of sending, we will stop sending the message to more people.
- Where to find it: On the broadcast edit page and the broadcast card menu.
- What happens: The broadcast moves to “Cancelled.” You can’t send it again, but you can make a copy if you want.
- Drafts: You can delete drafts anytime.
- No worries: If a broadcast is cancelled, you can still send a new one to those customers right away.
Big News: Text-To-Pay V3 – IDEAL
Ideal dealers requesting payment with TargetCRM is now easier, smarter, and more flexible! Here’s what’s new and why it matters:
What’s Changed?
- Payments are now linked to real orders. This means you can track who paid for what, every time.
- When you want someone to pay, you pick the order, type a note (Memo), and set the amount. The system fills in the invoice for you.
- You can send a payment link straight to your customer with just a few clicks.
Three Ways to Request Payment
The payment screen now has three tabs: Balance, Deposit, and Manual.1. Balance
- Use this when you want the customer to pay the full amount for an order.
- Just pick the order and hit send. The customer gets a link to pay everything they owe.
2. Deposit
- Want a customer to pay part of the bill now? No problem!
- You can choose a percentage (like 50%) or type in any amount you want.
- The system makes sure you don’t ask for more than the total due.
- Minimum amounts: $0.01 (Gravity) or $0.02 (TargetPay).
3. Manual
- This is the classic way, and it still works this way for non-Ideal systems too.
- You can send a payment link for any amount, even if it’s not tied to an order.
- Just type in the amount (from $0.01 up to $1000), add a note, and send.
