Start a video call to see equipment issues live without in-person visits.
1. Start a video call
1) Click the camera icon in Messenger.
You’ll see a join link sent to the customer; no install required for them.
Live video helps diagnose issues faster.
2. Join from your side
1) Use a computer with webcam and mic, or join from the mobile app if your shop PC doesn’t have them.
You’ll see the customer’s camera feed when they accept.
This ensures customers can see and hear you.
