All the tools you know and love are right where you left them, and we’ve added a few upgrades to make your day a little easier. Here’s what’s new since the fresh look arrived back in June.
Quotes and Orders, all in one place
Available for IDEAL and INFINITY dealers.
We’ve given your Orders screen and Deal Details a cleaner new look and brought quotes right into your deals, so you can move a customer from quote to paid without jumping between screens. It’s all in one spot, whether you’re on the Orders page or a customer’s detail view:
- Preview any order (sales orders, work orders, and quotes) in a click.
- Text an order to a customer in a few quick steps: pick the contact, choose the number, add your message, and send.
- Send a payment link right from an open order; no need to open Messenger. (Text-to-Pay must be enabled with one of our payment partners)
Adding Quotes to Deals:
- Turn a quote created in your DMS into a deal in one step; the quote comes along automatically as the deal’s first quote.
- Keep every quote on a deal together in a new Quotes tab: upload a pdf file quote, link an existing DMS quote, preview it, send it, or remove it.
- A tidier Deal Details view with simple tabs (Info, Quotes, Products, Contacts, Files, Notes, Tasks, and Timeline) so everything’s easy to find.
Your workspace keeps getting better
We’ve kept polishing the new interface across the board, so everything looks its best and moves smoothly from screen to screen. You get the same TargetCRM you rely on, and can rest assured that we are constantly optimizing for best performance.
Find the right department fast
Have a lot of stores and departments? When you open the Departments panel, you can now search your list and jump straight to the store or department you need, no more scrolling to find it.
Smoother deal entry
When you add products while building a deal, the deal amount adds them up for you automatically, so the total is right without any extra math.
